@KevinL5275 – Wish I could help, but I have never tried that. I’ve always used the consignment store to sell and focused on the crafting aspect.
My guess is that you could stock the racks with your own nectar, but I don’t think inactive Sims could purchase them. Using the “make buyable” option on the rack just adds random EA nectars to it for Sims to buy, which is something I’ve utilized in my nectaries and consignment shops. So, if I wanted to sell the homemade nectar myself, I’d probably opt for using the Savvy Seller stuff combined with Ani’s Savvier Seller mod, and maybe zone it as a nectary to see how that works. I’ve not gotten around to trying the mod out, but maybe something here might help get you started? http://www.nraas.net/The-Savvier-Seller-FAQ
@Mikezumi – I grew up in a family of five as well. Hubby and I had three kids—two haven’t moved out yet and the one who did recently returned with her two kids. It’s a madhouse. (And I’d say if you feed the cat, it should count! :p )
Glad you got your green dragon, even though you got a black one first. I usually spam the related socials with them to get the color I want, but I’ve read it’s not 100% reliable. The SwiftGro came with the greenhouse venue, if that helps. Although you don’t necessarily need it if you’re using DE to manually change the plants to perfect quality, and green dragons can fertilize and push your plants to the next growth stage using the harvest plant option anyway. Either way, you should have tons of produce very soon!
I place perfect community gardens in my towns as well, and use those harvestables to seed perfect home gardens containing whatever types of extra produce I think I’ll need. It saves a lot of time. :)
Looks like your SS has begun! And one bottle left in the nectar maker? Odd, but a nice little bonus. Maybe the manufacturer was giving out a free bottle of nectar with every machine purchase.
