@KevinL5275 @Mikezumi is correct re clicking on the nectar racks in the nectary lots (well any community lots the nectar racks are placed on I think)
Once a nectar rack is clicked I think it's shift click if memory serves a notice will pop up with taste or buyable and you choose which one. I am not sure if you can sell your nectar in a nectary as my sims are more the buying type but whenever my sims visit the nectary to buy there is always stock so they must be getting it from somewhere :)
I always put some tables and chairs in every nectary as well and make some nectar racks taste as sime just turn up and start tasting and chatting and I love that feature every since the first time I saw it when WA came out and my sims visited France for the first time.

I think everyone needs time out from the game every now and again. I have often thought I am done but always go back at some point in the future when the feeling takes me again :)
Gorgeous house if I had talent like that I would never stop building but unfortunately I don't have a creative build in my body :)
