My sim, Annie is now making nectar. She's growing flame fruit in her nectar cellar, now that it's winter, because three flame fruit in every batch is going to delete her supply of them faster than the other ingredients. Her three machines are all upgraded to enhanced flavor, and she's making all of her nectar concentrated. I've found in the past that concentrated gets the highest value nectar. So far her highest value nectars are the special blend at $397, the red nectar at $394, and the cherry nectar at $394. She only has three recipes to go before she can learn the quality before she crushes the fruit.
