Need help to find some mods.

I'm planning on writing a story and I need some mods and cheat codes to make it work. First I need the cheatcode so I can set familyfunds to whatever. (And how to open cheatwindow and activate cheats). Second I need a mod that makes jobs pay less and be much harder to advance in. Possibly with a cap for uneducated sims. Also one that increases bills. Last one I need is something that lets teens live on their own. Preferably also one that lets teen whoohoo and have babies,also with young adults( not everyone ages up at the same day,) though not 100% required, depends on how the story pans put. One thing That is required though is to be able to adjust pregnancy lenght

I got all expansions packs, but no stuff packs. Hope someone can help me.

    I think you can do all of it with NRAAS... been a long time since I played Sims 3 though...

    Ok I found some mods, for harder bill and lower wage. Since I want long life, I found mods for lower learning time for toddlers skill and toddler things like creative etc.

    What I still need is lower skill gain child, teens and adults and the whoohoo. The link I found to NRAAS said the site was not there anymore, do you know of a working link or a place I can get for whoohoo the teens?

    Sadly we can not link mods that can change the rating for the game from T to M.

    But I will provide the link for the NRaas mods as they had moved to another site sometime last year... :)

    Anyone got a link to a mod that makes your sims gain skill slower?So it takes them maybe 5 times as long or something? I thought I had found one on mod the sims, but apparently it doesn't work. http://modthesims.info/d/486247/faster-slower-and-or-hidden-skills-updated-for-into-the-future-1-67-update-19-7-14.html

    Would really appreciate a link to a working mod for this. Sims gaining skill at a normal rate when they live maybe 12 times longer is too OP for me.

    @Dida_Quickswitch Your thread is in the wrong section which is why you haven't got many responses. The mod you are looking for I believe is Nraas Retuner. I can't remember what settings you need to change off the top of my head so you might want to post on their website or on the General Discussion :smile:
