I'm planning on writing a story and I need some mods and cheat codes to make it work. First I need the cheatcode so I can set familyfunds to whatever. (And how to open cheatwindow and activate cheats)...

Anyone got a link to a mod that makes your sims gain skill slower?So it takes them maybe 5 times as long or something? Would really appreciate a link to a working mod for this. Sims gaining skill at a normal rate when they live maybe 12 times longer is too OP for me.
