Good point. So do GeForce Experience's Optimize function, and in fact running the game in full-screen mode for some players on current Win 10 builds. I forgot to mention the latter -- does the game behave any better in windowed mode?
Edit: Also, how about if you play offline, meaning not logged in at all at the Launcher level or in-game? The online "features" of TS3 that require the game to keep "phoning home" during gameplay can make game sessions less than stable. Any better?
