Speech or TV?

"ou, ouk, oux" Where do Sims 3 say that? I know they do, its in my head, they say it like part of a speech, as though counting off something in a perhaps bored, or matter of fact, or serious way. In my head I hear the microphone screech at some point ... Is it when they give a lecture or speech on the podium from University? Or is it the chatter you hear from inside the building when being close up to a school or university building while they are in class, or during graduation, or even perhaps during a sports event at the stadium? Or during a protest or a soapbox thing with the megaphone? Or is it part of something on their TV?

I am learning ancient Greek at the moment and its part of the basic vocabulary. A lot of Greek symbols are used in Sims University. In 2 and 3. Some of the Simlish writing looks Greek. Obviously Simlish doesn't mean anything or else it would be too difficult to programme it to suit every situation and apply your imagination to create your own stories, but its been discussed by others in the past that its inspired by a mixture of languages .. I think ancient Greek is possible as one of them.
