New PC, New Install, Help finding A/C & electric boxes

I've no idea where the A/C and electric boxes are. I've used them in the past but I sure can't find them now. I've looked in all Electronics, Misc, Outdoor, even Appliances and nothing. I've filtered ...

@columbia93 - The Air conditioners are in Buydebug, filter for Supernatural EP.

There are two different pairs of electric boxes, one single-tile for 60 § in Base game decor, miscellaneous, just like rubyskywalker said, and a bigger two-tile one for 0 § in the same place as the A/C machines, but it can't be placed for some unknown reason. See picture below:
