Nikkei_Simmer's Stupid Questions #5 - Can't Plumbots use the Wood Fire Oven (from Monte Vista)?

I've been trying to have our bunker Plumbot (Artie) do most of the baking. But found out that he couldn't access interactions with the Wood Fire Oven. Has that always been the case that only humans ...

Witches can skate backwards ...
But they cannot spin ... I know they can't, because I put roller-rink in their backyard and made sure they couldn't ...
And they have their skating skill maxed.
