No interaction of 'read mind' and 'make a sim think about me'

Is it only happening to my vamp sim? I took out all mods and moved my sim into a new bridgeport but still no luck. I activated Slayer female vampire and she doesn't have that ability without any mods ...

I solved this issue myself. For other simmers may have my issue later, I will leave this link here to help. Thanks. ;)
