Thought about getting Roaring Heights...(the world...if I might specify... ~smirk~ @RoaringHeights ) and I agree with @RoaringHeights, the fixer-upper car is intriguing.

@stickykisses - Zombies are always a pain in Sims 3. If they don't eat your garden, they're always attacking you. I've tuned them out with NRAAS Retuner, partly because I just can't be bothered with them.
