not-usual townies showing up in Sunset Valley before playing

Hello, I loaded a new save with Sunset Valley, went to edit town straight away (didn't play for a second) and I saw something...Weird. Certain houses or lots that normally don't have any sims on them,...

Don't worry, I closed my game. It beign the ghosts would ruin the game anyway, there aren't any ghosts left at the graveyard.
