NPC has completed LTW but never actually got level 10 in career
Is there a way to fix this? I have NRAAS too but I can’t seem to figure out how to fix this. He was one of the college sims and I got him to move and marry my sim.

Leader of the Free World? Yes, that one is supposed to require Level 10. Would have to rely on others here to tell us if it's broken.
