Hi @JoeJoe11. For myself, I love the Greenhouse and could not imagine doing without the content in my game as all my sims grow their own food. The gardening station, in conjunction with three of the dancing flowers, allows you to get through an entire gardening season in one day if you are in a rush to beat the first freeze of winter (in my games, the winter freeze usually comes in autumn, LOL). I usually don't use the gardening station at home but on a community lot and at a house I built at Uni.
The Century Manor is full of great content for builders and I love a lot of it but have not had time to explore it yet. The art studio is my least favorite because I'm not all that interested in the content that comes with it and I think the glass-blowing would get dull very quickly, like some other store content.
I'm off to the store and will check back a bit later. Good luck deciding.
EDIT: Also, the Greenhouse is part of the Best of 2012 Compilation which is one of the finest compilations in my opinion.
