I see every world through the eyes of a survivor during a zombie virus outbreak.That tower would be perfect as a sniper nest and it is located right next to the grocery store where you can find supplies.Only issue is the proximity to the hospital which become hotspots during the opening days of an epidemic and the area will be swarming with walkers.
