Opinion: Which Sims 3 Store Venues should I buy?

I can't decide. I have all of them and they all have things I can't play without. I may not place the venue in every save but I do use items from the venues. Mostly, if I'm going to use a venue in a save I add things to it as the lots only contain base game and items that come with the actual venue being purchased.
