Raccoon/Deer
Since taming deers and raccoons isn't an option, and if you don't use CC or mods thus do not possess the ability to download/install them, the only thing left to do is to wait 'til they show up on your home lot.
Raccoons are generally quite common. Nothing like showing the nasty thing for knocking over your trashbin like blinding it with a camera flash!
Once a raccoon (or a deer) pops over to your home lot, you're able to move them around in Buy/Build mode as long as you have "MoveObjects on" cheat activated.
Little Bambi has been captured!

Build some sort of small room or move the deer (or raccoon) into an existing room. Adjust the wallpaper to suit your taste and snap away.
