Arica, how blurry are we talking? Photos are always a tad bit blurry compared to in-game graphics, but at skill lvl 10 you should really not be having trouble with the quality of your photos.
HappySimmer3, I honestly never had that issue. I used my own photography in atleast 5 or 6 of uploads and I always run them through CUSTARD before uploading. Are you sure it's not just sneaky CC instead? I photographed CC before and included those photos (see peggyzone's 2 decor items in Susu sushi bar and flip flops in OM gallery) but they were not labeled as anything out of the ordinary by CUSTARD.
One problem I ran in with photography is that sometimes very rarely one object makes the game spazzy and the lot you have the photo on will not stay installed. I had that issue with my OM Gallery, me and a friend had to go photo by photo to find the problem (we didn't even know it was a photo at first) and it turned out to be a photo of the pizzeria place in Monte Vista.
