Hi everyone just wondering if someone can help me please? My sim became pregnant while she was a mermaid and she was about to turn back to a human (after only keeping her hydrated with fresh water) then she had a baby and now she won't turn back into a human, she still has mermaid legs, and needs - I tried to send her for a swim and she doesn't have a tail just the scaley legs, I tried to eat another mermadic kelp (thought if I could turn her back into a full mermaid I could dry her out again haha) but it didn't work, now she is walking around with scales - can anyone please help? I think it may be a glitch in the game and I don't want to start my sim all over again as she has heaps of maxed skills - pleeeeeeeeeease help!!! Any help would be appreciated! :D

You Sim is stuck mid-transformation so he/she is not either human or mermaid, you need to get in the water and then cheat he/she into a mermaid then remove the occult and he/she should be normal again, it took me all day to work out so I hope this helps you all ☺️ (Cheats are underneath)You can add the Mermaid Trait to your Sim using the above testing cheats then typing Traits.Equip_Trait Trait_OccultMermaid. Similarly, you can return a Sim back to human by using the Traits.Remove_Trait Trait_OccultMermaid cheat.

I haven't really played with mermaids much yet but that does sound like a glitch. If you use mastercontroller you might be able to find an option there, or you could take her into CAS (dunno if you need MC for that again) and change her supernatural setting back to human there.

You Sim is stuck mid-transformation so he/she is not either human or mermaid, you need to get in the water and then cheat he/she into a mermaid then remove the occult and he/she should be normal again, it took me all day to work out so I hope this helps you all ☺️ (Cheats are underneath)
