Point Ouerbacker - Reyes County by potato-ballad-sims

Hello, I downloaded Reyes Country from potato-ballad-sims and it is a stunning world. The views, the builds, everything is so beautiful. However, in The Sims Catalog page where I found it, it was marked as "populated", but the world came up empty for me. :neutral: I wanted to check if it is empty for everyone and TSC just made a mistake, or if I'm missing something somehow...
