Pole Dancing? Has this been Confirmed?

Why don't you try a **** site, thay have more then pole dancing, we don't need that in a game since teens play this game. Why you can't write the word ****, on this site and you want pole dancing.

If ther is pole dancing. that just might make me want to buy it.

I think this has all been blown completely out of proportion. If there are poles, there will not be any pole dancers and defiantly no prostitutes. EA have to keep all of the expansions the same rating so they really won't add more sexual themes. I personally wouldn't care if there were Poles, but there wont be inappropriate things; especially since kids play this a game as much as adults. There probably will be poles but only for the new Acrobat career or for fun club dancing.

And I think this post is blowing the actual conversation out of proportion. Most of us were talking about how pole dancing can be done within the rating, and some even pointing out how it can be part of acrobatics.

And, really, if you see an actual poledancing show and not the ones in strip clubs, you'll understand why they are appropriate for kids; poledancing can be a magnificent art form if done right.

I know of someone who worked in a pole dancing club where the dancers did not remove clothing. One of the dancers was so well paid that her pole dancing funded her side career as a property developer. She earned all this money without removing clothing.

If EA did do this, it would be a great and respectful way for sims to keep fit.

Well, it depends on how you see poledancing. A lot of children play this game, and if their parents see a female sim poledancing - raunchy or not - of course they're going to overreact and consider it sexual. Most people do consider it sexual, because, well, most of the time it is. :shock:

Yep. Quite honestly pole dancing in itself ain't bad and it's great exercise and alot of fun. And as a sidenote all pole dancers aren't prostitutes. It's funny how adamant people are against this when we have gold diggers in the game.

Gold diggers have to take their clothes off to get the marriage. So, technically, they still take their clothes off for money; just a lot more steps and a lot more money involved.

i was meaning in the actual game like it'll say marry a rich sim or something like that and its not like its anything bad
