I really enjoy making neighborhood themed lots whenever i want to take a break from playing an actual household. currently have two lots ready for when i finally decided to move one of my generations to Starlight Shores: The gas station (Which currently doesn't sell anything, but fills an empty spot in town, and gives unemployed sims a job as a cashier) , and a Junkyard that i built in one of the fenced in areas: https://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=9521201
