I was curious at your list since you stated they are pretty big so I took a look. Among others you have The Now & Then Century Manor on your list. I just want to say that the manor will be on sale in a while (provided the DD Rotation list doesn't change). It's number 390 and will be on sale from 1900 for 474. In this spreadsheet you can find the date when it approximately will be on sale in your timezone. It will be a while but in my opinion it's worth the wait. The Boardwalk also has sales:
694 ) The Boardwalk / 969 / 1900 / 49% / 2 hrs
890 ) The Boardwalk / 1045 / 1900 / 45% / 2 hrs - this one is coming up pretty soon since the DD Rotation list is at number 808.

I haven't shopped at the store in a dog's age!

Last time I was there, it was buggy and kept breaking (about 2014-15)... Have they gotten it fixed yet?

I started using the store last year. It is still buggy. Eventually things go through, but yep, whether giving or receiving, it can be buggy.

Thinking about starting a legacy in my real-life dreamland that's in my wishlist. It would be awesome to receive it, but also the much smaller item would be great, since I haven't promoted my wishlist, nor did I receive anything for a long time. :)

I thanked the person who gifted me with a smaller item in another thread. I would like to edit what I've said about the world, as I removed it from my wishlist and added a venue from it instead.
