Well, it isn't looking good. Basically, your only hope is that someone who has these skintones sees this thread and uploads them somewhere for you. Basically, the website was archived, so I was able to find the page for them on her blog. However, she seems to have deleted the files from mediafire.
I tried to find any instance of someone who had them from before uploading them somewhere, but that was to no avail. It seems just you and one other person on MTS have asked about them. They didn't get any definitive answers, so it's looking like a dead end.
If you have a Tumblr account, you can maybe message PralineSims there and ask if she could upload them. Though, a lot of creators delete their super old downloads, so I wouldn't hold your breath but it is worth a try.
