I quite like what you did with those two!
Ah, I remember Teodor and Palmira. A story I wrote about them also involved Teodor running a resort. Of course, it was something of a side operation, since I was working on his scuba diving skills (it's part of his LTW, I think). And he had to share ownership with two other Sims.
Basically, the story involved him hiring Matteo Torres as a sort of nanny for Palmira (and later on, Teodor had an alien baby), but they became the best of friends. Then came Salty Seaworth (that dark-haired Merman), who also moved in, and he and Matteo became romantically involved.
In the end, Teodor becomes filthy rich, and finds someone new to spend his life with (a mermaid), and Matteo and Salty get engaged. Florita and Alfonso? Well, Teodor rejects Florita's offer to get back together, and Alfonso, well, he's dead (Salty had something to do with it).
