@CardmanOfficial I remember this discrepancy coming up when I read through that thread a few months ago. Apparently this was noticed as early as
March 18, 2015. You can either pay the 155 SP to finish the compilation in one go, or you can work on grabbing some Boho Vintage Men's items to bring that down some more.
As for why, my guess would be that either Regency Arcade wasn't accurately valued (it's notoriously hard to estimate the value of venues) or item values weren't added up correctly. I recently shared
my CYS Data so far, which includes a tab that attempts to estimate the value of such "unpriced" items if anyone is curious as to some venue values (Le Cinema Plumbob is interestingly overvalued).
