Ok.. i can understand that.
Your current laptop is very weak.. so i cant suggest anything that will help besides just running the base game with no expansions.. and with low settings.
Do you care if you get a desktop instead of a laptop?
With a small budget you can get a desktop and upgrade it later on.. upgrading will work out cheaper.
I wouldn't really mind getting a desktop, but I would've thought it would be more expensive because you have to buy a monitor and stuff with it. My dad really wanted me to get a laptop though because he wanted to buy two for me and my brother. I guess that's why I'm looking for one so cheap but worth it. I can maybe convince him to get a desktop though, just in case I don't find another and my price range doesn't go up.
