If you have your games registered (the ones that are CD's), will you be able to re-download them from Origin if the original disks were destroyed?

I understand. Do you still have the receipts for the packs? I have read that if you contact EA and prove that you have bought a pack they might give you a new code. Otherwise I don't know any other solution unfortunately.
