Repopulating Moonlight Falls - need help

Pary has a thread of households in this section, sharing. I have Sim couples in my studio that are VERY career focused with traits for those careers and made to go together (not in attractions) but that one goes to a rabbithole and one works a self employment career except for 1 couple that are both in rabbitholes (Ireland's). Mine were styled after Late Night, so they might need a little updating. No CC only some store content. Anderson's (A) - Parks (P). They would all make good neighbors (except Tonio Gotti who is a klepto career criminal), they have some money to buy homes and they have skills and positive traits.
