Safe CC?

Hi! I've been looking for some safe CC because I'm pretty new to this, & don't know what is safe or not And I'm wondering if Peggy Sims, RoseSims, NewSea, ect are safe? Because them are my favorite...

Thanks alot guys! :D I've gotten some great CC from mod the sims, I even got Servo the robot, that was in Sims 2 :) Anyone want the link? if I can find it again xD lol.
