That looks right. I don't know why the Frame Rate Limiter needs to be 60.7 instead of just plain 60 or what the funny looking symbols are just before the number though. I can't speak from experience because I don't even have an Nvidia card, mine is AMD so I have to use different tools on it. Try it and see what happens to the fps rate in-game, while in windowed mode?
