School Bus Missing

@TadOlson I much prefer to let the game take care of those things. Certainly, if I were playing in past centuries as you do, I would want to do as you do, but I always play in modern times. And I have so many goals I'm trying to accomplish with my main sim, I really prefer to do without the added burden of having to babysit her husband and children's every move. School and work give me time to focus solely on what I want her to do.
@thuggishsplicer I do have the Careers module for SP, but I don't have the carpool disabled. The father has been taking the carpool, even now that he has his own police cruiser.
@coco I have had this happen before. In fact it was when these children's mother was a child. It fixed itself when she went on a field trip. After the bus took the children to the field trip and took my sim home, it started coming every day again. But this time the bus took the children on a field trip on a day that one of my sims' children played hooky until I caught him and sent him to school, but too late to make the field trip. He came home on the bus, but his little sister had to ride her bike home from the field trip location. After that, the bus quit coming.
I used the MOAR Interactions mod for a while, but I didn't like that my sims could no longer slow dance, as I use that a lot, especially at weddings. When I originally downloaded it, the page said that the slow dance glitch had been fixed in the latest version, but it wasn't, at least not in my game. So I quit using it.
