I was outside the other night and saw a strange aura in the night sky up by the old fishing pond in the hills, so I hopped on my bike and pedaled as fast as I could so that I could investigate the light. Once I got there I started to look around and saw the most beautiful creature that ever walked the earth. My eyes couldn't believe what I was looking at so I rubbed them a couple of times to make sure that the night sky wasn't playing tricks on me. The creature had a bright glow around it and it was the most magnificent sight that I had ever saw in my entire life. So I watched this creature for a couple of hours and then all of a sudden it looks up and sees me and slowly makes it's way over in my direction. Now I know that others would probably had ran off in the opposite direction but not I as I felt a sense of calm coming from the creature. So when it had gotten a few feet from me, it stopped and starting nibbling on the foliage around it. So then it was I that made the next move as I scooted in a little to have a closer look but then the creature reached over and sniffed my hand and then took off for the night. So right then and there I had decided to come back there again the next night and the night after that in hopes of spotting it again and try to makes friends with it.
I made sure that I had plenty of rest during the daytime hours so that I could stay up all night at the fishing pond in hopes of spotting that magnificent creature again. So finally on the 3rd night there, it came back but kept it's distance from me until it was comfortable enough to inch a little closer to me. As it kept getting closer, I had decided to not approach it tonight as I wanted it to get used to seeing me around the area. Then all of a sudden, it started circling me while it kept it's eyes on me, so I just stood as still as I could so that I wouldn't scare it off. Then the creature stopped circling me and was standing right behind me sniffing at my backpack. My mind was racing at the moment wondering why it was interested in my backpack and then I remembered that I had brought me some apples to snack on while I was waiting patiently to see this creature again. And then it started to sniff at my hand as it smelled the apple that I had earlier that night, so I slowly reached in my backpack to grab an apple in hopes that the creature would accept it from me. The creature looked at the apple for a few minutes before sniffing it. Once it was satisfied that it was okay, it started to eat the apple from my hand. Then after the apple was gone, the creature nudged at my hand like it wanted to be petted, so I petted it until it was time for the creature to leave. But before it left, it blessed me with it's wisdom and the promise to visit with me again. So I went back there again a few nights later and ended up befriending this creature and proving my worth to it and now I have a unicorn as a companion pet... :smiley:
