Well I play both. It depends on what I'm in the mood for...
Some key points to consider:
- Can your PC handle TS3?
- Do you mind rabbit holes?
- What's your play style? (Family, building, etc...)
Personally, I love TS3 graphics with Reshade. A lot of TS4 players use Reshade as well. I would recommend that for both games. Just make sure your PC can handle it. TS4 is less demanding than TS3 though.
