Great sim (love his outfits, espeically his party wear!) and fantastic story @Ashkevron ! I have a similar story going on in my game where my sim Jordan starts out with nothing, sells his paintings to get a little money going and plans to buy an abandoned warehouse in the neighbourhood to eventually convert it into a fancy restaurant/night club. :)
