@Bonnie Have you been to The Sims Resource (TSR) they have some really amazing CC. The various types of makeup that people have made are insane. I have seen glowing lipstick, nail polish (didn't even know a sim could have that) and lots of skin overlays that make sims look however you want.

Oh and hair. Lots of hair styles, especially for Toddlers. Also toddler clothes. So many clothes.
