- @xxnearlyperfectx -That's exactly how things went in my save where Claire Ursine's baby was taken by the social worker after she died and it started after the baby got taken away and things got worse until I had sims in wrong-aged careers like elders in elementary school and toddlers in high school or adult careers.Nobody was in the right aged careers after that save started getting corrupted. It sounds like you've had a child taken away from one of the town's families in your game and that can cause a save to become corrupted.I had three of them corrupted from that social worker situation.
@karritz -That workplace failure can be either a glitched rabbit hole which means replacing the rabbit hole or a child got taken by the social worker and the save is becoming corrupted.Glitched workplace means deleting the old rabbit hole shell and replacing it to get the workplace working again though it can mean a corrupted save if nobody in town is staying at work or school to the end of the day or shift and others can't get to work. - I had nothing but problems with Claire Ursine no matter how many times I tried playing her. The baby was either never born (in an endless loop at the hospital) or disappeared shortly after being born. Playing her messed up any game I had so I finally stopped playing her and killed her off every time I played in Sunset Valley.
I think there are some Sims in every world and houses that are somehow glitched and never work right. "nickibitsward;c-16324670" wrote:

@nickibitsward , That's bizarre! I've never had any issues with Claire and play her frequently. Though I never let my sims have their kids at the hospital, they have a better relationship with them (actually in the green and sometimes over halfway filled green in the relationship bar) when delivered at home. if they insist on the hospital I just cancel it out.
Stinks she gives you so much trouble, she's in interesting gal."Charlottesmom;c-16324703" wrote:

Ever since trying to play her my sims have their babies at home!- SimplyJen7 years agoRising SpectatorThis just happened to me last night and I can't remember the last time I've had the household thumbnail disappear. The save loads fine (no tents in WA chest). I'm not sure what's causing this but it could be because of such a large household (12). I've been told on tumblr by a few people that they also have had this happen but the save continue to work just fine. So far, that's been my experience too.

But I think I've always had a picture of the lot they are living on.

I have 22 in my current household and only a few of the sims show up at all. The save seems to play fine though. I've never had the household thumbnail empty though.
Tents in chests will cause the lot thumbnail to go blank, not the household thumbnail, at least in my experience.- SimplyJen7 years agoRising SpectatorOk, thanks guys :) Thought it might be useful info to post here with more feedback on this strange glitch (if you can even call it that).

That is weird! Is it working ok?
I decided to have a huge sort through of my all my games and see what I don't play anymore. One of them was that file, because I didn't want the hassle of sorting it out. - SimplyJen7 years agoRising Spectator
