sim 3 bartender and pool bar

Is there enough space for the bartender to access the bar? You could place another one, just as a test, and see whether that works. I don't think I've read anything about bartenders not being able to tend pool bars in general.

Yeah it's weird. I deleted it and moved it. The bartender sim doesn't even try to get to the bar, just sends me a chat message like the one I wrote above. My house sims can get into the bar and like practice their mixology and even tend bar. It's just weird that I can't hire a service. the bartender sim will bartend and my normal professional bar in my home. I was just hoping someone from ea would recognize the message since clearly, it's a programmed message response.

Just a thought... does the bartender have to go through a locked to family-only door or gate to get there?

Pool bars seem to have a lot of routing issues. It's a gamble as to whether one on a community lot will have an NPC successfully tending it too.

If you place down a normal 3-tile bar are they able to use it?
