My sims are enrolled in uni and living together. One of them can go to their classes while the other one keeps getting "It's not time for class" or something when it's supposed to be. The "Go to class" action shows up in queue and then disappears and when I click "Go to class" it says it's not time.
@AkipuffRose Just to be sure, is this for Sims 3 or 4?
If it's for 3, the simplest fix, if you're not too far into the term, might be to revert to a save from before the sims traveled to University and try again. If that's not feasible, let me know whether you use mods or are willing to try a few.

I started a new save with the same sims after it didn't work the first time and it did it again, I also dropped out and re-enrolled but nothing changed.
I am using all of the NRaas mods, a mod that changes the loading screen to Generations loading screen, nointro, and LazyDuchess' Smooth Patch with the custom launcher. If there is a mod that can fix it I'm willing to try it.
@AkipuffRose If all the NRaas mods includes Traveler, try sending your sims to the University world as a vacation, then enrolling them in classes once they're there.
Alternately, you could simply use MasterController to force the sim to go to class at the appropriate time. The command should be under Intermediate > Career, something like Go to Class or Go to Work.
I started a new save again and my sim attended her first 2 classes but the third one is bugging now.
There is no option on Master Controller that says "Go to class" or anything.

@AkipuffRose I don't know what else to suggest here, other than to travel as a "vacation" to the University world and enroll once there. With NRaas Traveler enabled, your sim can travel to any world you have installed, and you can set the vacation length to whatever you want or use Pause Travel to get around the limit.
One thing that might help, but I don't have any confidence in it, is reseting the lot where the class is to take place, before class starts (so in this case, after your sim finishes the previous class but before the next one). Click on the ground of the lot and select NRaas > MC > Reset Lot. Any sims on the lot will be reset home, or to thin air if they're technically homeless, so move your sim elsewhere first if you don't want them sent home.
You can also have your sim study o the computer during the class to keep their grade up. It's not the same as attending but can be a stopgap measure if this problem is intermittent enough to not be worth starting over.

@AkipuffRoseHow about coming back to home world, then remove 2 sims university files(nhd and package) in your saved game folder, then try again?
