He gave an interview leading up to the 2016 Olympics where he was talking about training with a team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He said one time he took a wrong turn going to practice (he'd been to the pool plenty already) and he wound up in South Carolina. I was truly impressed.
Considering the Charlotte city limits is about 1 mile from the SC border that isn't surprising, lol.
