The two games are independent of each other. There is no reason you can't have both installed at the same time as long as you have sufficient hard drive space to accommodate them and with 830 GB free you have plenty. Whether either or both games can be expected to perform as well as they can, and how many EPs each should be able to handle, will depend on other system specs including processor, graphics card, and RAM.
