And that'd be great if you or someone else would like to do it but so far Sims 3 doesn't have problems on my system.
@MajinKitty230 You must turn on vsync and triple buffering in your Nvidia Control Panel, that'll lock the games frame rate to the monitors refresh rate. If you don't do this your nice graphics card, GTX 1050 Ti, will be damaged, and it can happen sooner than you think. So don't play any more until you've got this sorted.
