I changed active households and my other active household is gone? don’t know if their dead or not? or moved?…

ymbcdriqlpzh What do you mean? If you mean you only see NRaas as an option, then that's how it's supposed to be. When I said click NRaas > MasterController > Add Sim, I meant click NRaas, and then click MasterController, and then click Add Sim. The options show up sequentially.
I did do that just don’t see which sims are the kids of the other parents household?
