Sims 3 Lag--High End PC (Somewhat Fixed)
Okay. I have a computer with a high end graphics card and midrange CPU. Now, I know that there is lag with ts3 but this it is just bad. My settings in TS3 are Medium-High and I have Overwatch and Mast...

I turned it down to 2 and there is still lag. I'll list off my settings:
Reflection Quality: Mirror and Water
Edge Smoothing: Medium
Visual Effects: Medium
Light and Shadow: Medium
Tree Detail: High
Draw Distance: Medium
High Detail Lot: 2
Texture Detail: Medium
Sim Detail: High
And yes, it does recognize it. I checked the files and everything. It recognizes it as an HD 7970.
