I do that a lot. Mostly in relation to baby/toddler care. I take the well rested kid out of the crib, so I can put the exhausted one into it. By the time I get to the crib, it is being filled by a random sim, with the well rested kid that I wanted out. I scream at the offending sim (aka the computer) and send them off somewhere. The childcare sim takes the well rested kid out, again, picks up the tired on, turns to the crib and somebody is putting the well rested kid back in the crib. It's a vicious cycle. When I'm really thinking, I get the offending sim to take the kid out again. Too bad I'm rarely thinking.
