Sims 3 logic vs real life

Spend a few hours after work going on a 2 week vacation (or term at university) and come back in time for dinner.

A sim visiting your house does something inappropriate or their reputation tanks and you find yourself just not liking them as much as you used to. But...you are a baby and were in your crib the entire time.

You are using a computer that is in need of upgraded graphics and choose to express your frustration by repeatedly banging your face into the keyboard. As everyone knows, that feels really good and will help immensely.

Your idea of a tremendously fun afternoon is spending it in a skimpy swimsuit running through the sprinklers in the middle of winter.

You think that Watching the Stars with your mother/father/son/daughter-in-law is a perfectly acceptable thing to do.

A thing I wish was true: when your computer is broken you just have to hit it repeatedly with a hammer and it will eventually be as good as new again.

A thing I'm glad isn't true: recipes are so complicated each one takes a whole book. Even the recipe for cheese plate ("take some cheese and slice it up") is a whole book. After you read one of these books, it dissolves into thin air.

Having your wife/girlfriend be cool with you completely ignoring her on a date at a festival while you spend 8 hours slow dancing with every girl but her.

Going home with photo booth pics of 3 different girls you hung out with all night while she stayed home with the kids then you rub it in by hanging them right over yours and hers bed.And she never complains ever.

Dropping your smartphone one times breaks it but 60 whacks with a hammer on your laptop fixes it :|

You are a firefighter, and fix a gas leak by repeatedly whacking the stove with a hammer, with sparks flying everywhere.

Not really "logic" but in Sims 3, evidently you can make a really good living off the "arts"... there are no "starving artists" in Sims 3. :cry: vs. Real Life = "You leech on society...go get a REAL JOB!"

In fact, art is so much an intrinsic part of Sims 3, you'll find every Sim trying to become an artist. :( ~sigh~ ...if only...

You get pregnant the first time you try for baby and 3 days later your belly is huge.

If there is a broken umbrella somewhere in the building, no one in the building will be able to think about anything else.
