No. The end of support for Windows Seven means that Microsoft won't send updates to your operating system. Their live customer support are also ordered to refuse to support it. That does not affect any software running on the Windows Seven OS, be it now or in the future.
Despite popular wisdom to the contrary, you can use a deprecated OS indefinitely if, and ONLY if, you have a functioning, enabled Firewall AND an antivirus program that is currently supported. Make sure you install every update Microsoft has released from the OS. If you don't have a proprietary Firewall from software, make sure the Windows Firewall is turned on and set to block everything except programs on your Exceptions List. Furthermore, if you do not have a full antivirus program that constantly updates itself, get one. (I recommend Microsoft Security Essentials, but AVG Free works just as well. Make sure Windows Defender is turned on, too.)
One last note: with an unsupported OS, you are on your own. Exercise extreme caution and perform common-sense procedures to avoid viruses. If you have the latest antivirus software, a Firewall, and a little brainpower, you will be safe in the future.
I do not recommend Windows Ten because it removed support for SECDRV DRM. SECDRV was used in tens of thousands of games that came on a physical disc. Essentially, every game on a CD made before Windows Seven is unplayable with it. If you don't have any games on a physical disc, you should be okay.
