@igazor Yes, every time I set the FPS limiter, the game was able to stay consistent, with the odd exception of edge-scrolling left, which seems to, for some reason, be more demanding than any other direction. I also set my compatibility mode to Windows XP service pack 2 and 3, as well as Windows 7 and 8 to see if that made a difference, and it did not. I have not tried Windows Borderless yet, but I will try it now and let you know.
