Sims 3 [Video & Machinima] Stuttering, Jerky playback on PSE timeline
Particulars:
VP6 and H.264 codecs installed.
H.264 video capture sizes exceedingly small.
When video files; either coded VP6 or H.264 are dropped into the timeline the video playback stutters and skips as well as jumps back and repeats sections.
Anyone who creates videos and machinima know why this is happening?
Would like to do all my editing in one video editor but it looks like that’s impossible until I get this problem sorted out.
Right now I’m tossing my video capture files into MovieMaker and ironing out the jerking before adding it to the PSE14 timeline.
1) Are there any settings in both the Sims 3 game and in PSE14 that I need to change in order to get a better quality video and large enough file size to work with?
2) Is there any way to eliminate the jerky, stuttering playback on my PSE14 timeline?
Would like to start a Apocalyptic Legacy video series but this problem in interfering with a smooth efficient workflow to get the episodes out.
