Sims all look the same!

It really helped me when I started playing the game, and I still stick to the rules mentioned there now.

The only sims I see that look alike are infants, they all seem to look the same.

To: @Mort_Opal: Here's a quick demo on sliders.

It's amazing what the sliders can do in order to change your sim's look. NO CC.

Pick any sim from the bin. Let's take for example this one:

Start using the sliders.

Like I said, I used no CC...just used the base sliders...and they "don't" look alike.

Now do you see why everyone is telling you to learn how to use the sliders. You can do a LOT with the sliders, without even utilizing CC.

I stepped out of my comfort zone today trying to make a sim that someone else suggested. He doesn't look like his target yet but that is because my first CAS session concentrated mostly on his nose, although I did do some eye work as well. Don't be afraid to work the sliders. There is nothing that can't be undone.

@Nikkei_Simmer What skin did you use on her, really softened her face nicely without touching the sliders!

I believe that it was E-Skin's Natural. :) But the next time I'm in-game, I'll check and make sure.

I've done a lot more tweaking since then and changed his skin. I know he doesn't look like any of my other sims, so I would think this is a good example of how sims don't all look the same.

Btw, what is the cc skin you are using for this sim? He looks very nice, especially the nose.

I'm bad at tweaking nose for my sims. Some of my sims have awkward looking nose shapes because of that >.<
